Service plans, speeds, pricing, fees, promotions, and features may vary and may be updated from time to time. Applicable taxes and additional charges may apply.
  3. Internet Performance
Advertised speeds may represent maximum or expected speeds. Actual performance can vary due to Wi-Fi, equipment, network traffic, location, and other technical factors.
  4. Installation & Equipment
Customers must provide reasonable access for installation and support. ConnectEdge-provided equipment must be used properly and returned when required.
  5. Acceptable Use
ConnectEdge services must be used legally and responsibly. Customers must not use the network for hacking, malware, fraud, unlawful activities, network abuse, or unauthorized access.
  6. Billing & Payments
Customers are responsible for all applicable service, installation, equipment, and other charges. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination where permitted by law.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, equipment failures, weather, power failures, third-party infrastructure, or circumstances beyond ConnectEdge’s reasonable control.
  8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the applicable service plan, agreement, promotional terms, and applicable law. Outstanding balances and equipment-return requirements may apply.
